Parklands Retirement Village Gym was a special fit out for dynamo fitness as it was designed to help the residents get fit and stay healthy while enjoying retirement. This fit out featured a range of commercial pin loaded strength equipment including a chest press, horizontal row, leg extension and leg press. All equipment was fitted with the latest safety features including a steel cage surround the weight stack.
