DYNAMO FITNESS SECURITY POLICY

Dynamo Fitness uses Shopify Payments for online credit card transactions. 

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. 
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by us or any outside party. 
  • All transactions are performed under a 128-bit SSL certificate. 
  • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within the gateway bank-grade data centre. 
  • For fraud prevention, we may request identification (for example, a driver’s licence) to verify a purchase. 

DYNAMO FITNESS SHIPPING - RETURNS POLICY - Delivery & Installation

Key definitions

  • 3PL Products: Products supplied or dispatched by a third-party logistics provider. These products are not warehoused at our retail branches and may require transfer before dispatch. 
  • Bulky Goods / Pallet Freight: Orders shipped on a pallet or items 25kg and over, or otherwise classified as bulky by the carrier. 
  • Kerbside Delivery: Delivery to the kerb or driveway at ground level only. The driver is not required to move goods into the property. 
  • Commercial Purchases: Purchases for business or commercial use, including fitouts, studios, gyms, clubs, schools and similar. 


Dispatch and lead times

  • All products that are in stock will be dispatched within 1 to 3 Business Days.
  • 3PL products are not warehoused at our retail branches and may take longer than estimated at 7 Business days.  
  • Carrier pickup and delivery times are outside our control and may be delayed due to carrier capacity, weather, remote routes, public holidays, or other events.
     

Delivery method and access

  • Bulky Goods and pallet freight are kerbside delivery only. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the goods inside the home or property. 
  • For boxes heavier than 25kg, the recipient may be required to assist the driver to unload where safe and permitted by the carrier. 
  • If you require a two-person delivery service, please contact us for a quotation before dispatch. 
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or access is not possible, a re-delivery fee may apply, currently $25 plus any carrier fees where applicable. 


Delivery estimates and trackingDelivery estimates shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are subject to carrier delays. Depending on location, delivery may take approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch, particularly for remote areas. 

Dynamo Fitness provides tracking for dispatched orders. If delivery takes longer than anticipated, please contact us with your order number. While we can assist, customers are encouraged to notify us promptly if tracking indicates an issue or if the carrier is unable to contact you. 

Stock availability While we do our best to keep stock levels accurate, stock can occasionally sell out before the website updates or there maybe be stock count issues. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and provide the option to receive a refund or keep the order open until restock. 

Products damaged in transit / on arrivalIf your order arrives with visible packaging damage, please photograph the carton or pallet before opening where possible. 

If goods are damaged in transit or arrive with missing parts, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 7 days of delivery so we can lodge a carrier claim and arrange the fastest resolution. 

This reporting timeframe is intended to assist with freight claims and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees or other rights you may have under that law.

Return authorisation 
Before returning any item, you must contact Dynamo Fitness to request return authorisation and return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed. 

Change of mind returns (Retail purchases only)Dynamo Fitness may accept change-of-mind returns for eligible retail purchases, subject to the conditions below. Commercial purchases are excluded. 

  • The return request must be lodged within 7 days of delivery or collection. 
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in as-new condition, with all parts and accessories included. 
  • Items must be returned to their original packaging. 
  • Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit or exchange, not a cash refund, unless otherwise stated. 
  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable. 
  • The customer is responsible for all outbound and return freight costs. If outbound shipping was subsidised as free delivery, that outbound shipping subsidy may be deducted where applicable. 

Exclusions include: Clearance items, floor stock, pre-orders, on-orders, 3PL products, special-order items, and any product that has been used, assembled, installed, or is not resalable. 

Commercial purchases are excluded.

Faulty products, warranty claims, and ACL remediesIf a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

We may ask for photos or video, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase to help diagnose the issue. We may also need to inspect the product. 

Where a return is required for a warranty or ACL issue, Dynamo Fitness will cover reasonable return freight costs where required by law. If the issue is not confirmed as a fault or does not fall under warranty or ACL, the customer may be responsible for inspection and freight costs.  

30-day money back product guarantee

Select retail product purchases are eligible for a 30-day money back guarantee. 

Eligible products include: Luna Pilates Reformer.

If you are not 100% satisfied with an eligible product, return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the conditions below. 

Non-refundable fees and exclusions 

  • Delivery and installation fees are strictly non-refundable. 
  • This money-back guarantee is for retail purchases only. Commercial purchases are excluded. 
  • Products on clearance, floor stock sale, pre-order, on-order, or 3PL are excluded. 
  • Products must be undamaged, complete, and resalable. 

Returning products (money-back guarantee) 

  • Contact us first to request return authorisation and return instructions, including the nearest distribution centre. 
  • The customer must return the product to Dynamo Fitness Equipment’s nominated distribution centre and cover all return expenses. 
  • Products must be returned in good condition with all parts and accessories included. 
  • Only undamaged and resalable products may be accepted. 

Inspection and refunds 

  • All returned products will be inspected by our team. 
  • Refunds, excluding delivery and installation fees, will be issued once the product has been approved. 

FREE DELIVERY

Where free delivery is advertised, the following conditions apply: 

  • Free delivery is subsidised by Dynamo Fitness up to a set amount calculated by the checkout delivery calculator. 
  • Entering your postcode into the delivery calculator is the best way to estimate whether the subsidy covers your delivery. 
  • If the delivery calculator underquotes due to carrier changes, address access constraints, or other factors, we may contact you with options to pay the difference, amend the order, or cancel for a refund where applicable. 
  • Dynamo Fitness reserves the right to cancel or amend orders that fall outside our free delivery subsidy areas or where the quoted freight is materially incorrect. 

INSTALLATIONS 

  • Delivery and installation services are limited to ground level only unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • Installation does not always include removal of boxes and packaging unless indicated on the selected installation service. 
  • If there is an issue with an installation we have completed, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 7 days of the installation date so we can investigate and rectify promptly. This timeframe is not intended to limit ACL rights. 
  • Installation quotations are estimates only. If a project takes 30% more time than anticipated, additional charges may apply. Applies only to Commercial Installations.  
  • Changes on the day or deviations from the agreed installation plan may incur additional charges. 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are products that are on their way from our suppliers. Ordering a pre-order item helps secure stock before it arrives. 

  • ETA refers to stock arriving at our distribution warehouse and is an estimate only. 
  • Please allow additional time for dispatch, processing, and carrier transit after stock arrives. 
  • Delivery dates to the final destination are estimates only and may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control. 
  • We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on pre-orders. 

ON-ORDERS

On-order items are ordered on demand, including made-to-order or ordered-in products. 

  • ETA refers to stock arriving at our distribution warehouse and is an estimate only. 
  • Please allow additional time for dispatch, processing, and carrier transit after stock arrives. 
  • Delivery dates to the final destination are estimates only and may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control. 
  • We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on on-order purchases. 

Gift vouchers

  • Gift voucher credit is redeemable within three years from the original issue date unless otherwise specified. 
  • Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers unless stated. 
  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed towards commercial product purchases.
