Impact BP5 is a good quality weight bench that provides the user with the major benching positions which are a decline, flat and incline. The back rest is long and wide which maximizes stability when benching. The barbell rack includes screw spring pins which make adjusting an ease. This bench includes a leg extensions and hamstring curls which are plate loaded.
