The Impact Fitness B90 Upright Exercise Bike is built for riders who want structure in their cardio rather than just time on the pedals. A 6kg flywheel paired with 32 levels of programmable magnetic resistance gives control over intensity, and twelve built-in programs mean you can follow a session rather than invent one every time you sit down.
32 Levels of Programmable Magnetic Resistance
Resistance is driven from the console rather than a manual dial, so the bike steps through a programmed session on its own - climbing through the levels across an interval block, then dropping back for recovery without you reaching down mid-ride. Thirty-two levels is enough spread that you can find a genuine working pace whether you are spinning easy or grinding out a simulated hill.
7-Inch LCD Console with Bluetooth
The 7-inch LCD tracks time, speed, RPM, distance, calories, pulse, recovery and body fat, with twelve programs plus a manual mode. Bluetooth iConsole+ support connects the bike to Kinomap and Zwift so you can ride real-world routes or structured workouts from a tablet, and a built-in Bluetooth pulse receiver picks up a compatible chest strap for heart-rate training.
Comfort and Convenience
An adjustable handlebar and seat lets riders of different heights set up properly, while a one-way bearing and 3-piece 170mm crank keep the pedal stroke smooth and consistent. A tablet and phone stand sits above the console, with an accessory tray and bottle holder within easy reach, and transport wheels make the bike simple to move between rooms.
