Impact Fitness
Impact Fitness Incline Treadmill with 40% Incline
Elevate your Training
Push your workout further with an impressive -5% decline to 40% incline. Simulate steep climbs, increase intensity and challenge yourself with every session.
Ready For Every Workout
Walk, jog, run or climb with speeds up to 16 km/h, multiple built-in programs and a spacious running surface designed for comfortable everyday training.
YOUR WORKOUT, AT A GLANCE
Track your key workout stats on the clear LED console, while the built-in tablet holder keeps your favourite content within reach. iFIT compatible, the i40 gives you even more ways to bring interactive training into your workouts.
Control At YOUR FINGERTIPS
Adjust your speed and incline without breaking your stride using the convenient handrail controls, while the ergonomic handles provide added support during incline training.
The Impact Fitness i40 does something most home treadmills simply can't — it climbs all the way to a 40% incline and drops back to a -5% decline. Where a standard treadmill tops out at 15%, the i40 turns your spare room into a hill session, giving you a serious cardio workout at walking pace without the pounding that comes with running.
A 40% Incline You Can Actually Feel
A 40% gradient is roughly 22 degrees, steeper than almost any hill or trail you'll walk in Australia. That kind of climb sends your heart rate and calorie burn through the roof while you're still just walking, which makes the i40 ideal for anyone chasing fat loss, hiking preparation, or a low-impact way to build cardio fitness.
Nine quick-incline keys sit on the console with duplicate shortcut buttons on the handrails, so you can jump between gradients mid-stride without breaking rhythm or reaching for the display. Ergo handrails give you something solid to hold onto as the deck steepens.
Train the Descent Too
The i40 also declines to -5%, which is a rare feature at this price. Downhill walking loads the quads and calves in a completely different way to climbing, and it's exactly where most hikers and trail runners come unstuck. Being able to train both directions on the one machine means you turn up to the trail properly prepared.
Powerful & Reliable Motor
Driving the i40 is a 3.0HP peak / 1.75HP continuous DC motor with a speed range of 0.5 – 16km/h. It's built to hold steady under load, which matters far more on an incline treadmill than a flat one, as the motor is working against your bodyweight the entire time you're climbing. Four quick-speed keys on the console and handrail shortcuts let you change pace instantly.
Comfort & Cushioning
The i40 runs a 460mm x 1200mm belt over a cylindrical rubber cushioning system that absorbs impact through every step, helping reduce stress on your knees, hips and ankles so you can train for longer with less fatigue. Silicone-gel anti-slip footrests sit either side of the belt, giving you a safe, stable place to step off when you're finished or taking a breather between intervals.
Console, Programs & Tracking
A 6-window LED display plus matrix window keeps speed, time, distance, calories, pulse and program progress in front of you at a glance. Built-in are 12 preset programs, manual mode, and 3 user-defined profiles so more than one person in the household can save their own settings and track their own progress.
Pulse handles built into the handrails read your heart rate in real time so you can stay in your target zone, and the console runs a lubrication reminder that tells you when the belt is due for servicing. Look after it and it'll look after you.
Connectivity
The i40 pairs with the FitShow app so you can log your sessions and follow your progress over time, and Bluetooth music playback means you can stream your favourite playlist straight through the machine. A USB charging port keeps your phone topped up mid-session, and the built-in phone and tablet stand puts your show or podcast right where you can see it. There's also a bottle and accessory holder so everything you need stays within reach.
Built for the Long Haul
The i40 sits on a fixed steel frame rated to 135kg — fixed rather than folding, because supporting a 40% climb needs a rigid base you can trust. A safety-brake system stops the belt immediately if you need it. At 144cm long and 83cm wide, it takes up less floor space than a full-size running treadmill, making it a smart fit for a spare room, garage gym or PT studio.
