Reeplex GHD & Hyper Extension Multi Functional Trainer machine offers an all-in-one back and glute training system. This machine allows the user to plate load resistance using the weight plate posts to perform weighted GHD exercises, with a hyperextension option as well for lower back training.
Additionally, the GHD & Hyper Extension Multi Functional Trainer can be used to perform a wide variety of other exercises, such as sit-ups, glute-ham raises, and oblique twists.
