The RockTape RockSauce Fire Roll-On is a warm topical pain recovery cream designed to work hand-in-hand with RockTape kinesiology tape, though it works just as well on its own. Apply it directly to the surface of RockTape and it soaks into and through the tape to deliver cooling and warmth sensations for up to an hour — a one-two sensation combo that temporarily relieves minor muscular pain in sore joints and muscles.

Used on its own, RockSauce still delivers both cooling and warmth, making it an all-in-one treatment for sore muscles and joints after training, at the end of a long day, or ahead of your next session. It's also great as pre-tape prep: apply to skin and wipe excess away before taping.
