  • If boxes are more than 25kg someone has to help unload the goods. If you are unable to help please let us know prior to delivery so that we can book a tail lift truck.
  • If it's a business please provide the business name and opening hours.
  • A tracking number will be provided so you can check on your item through the courier company however if you need any assistance please contact us on sales@dynamofitness.com.au with the tracking number.
