Dynamo Fitness uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by us or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under a 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorized third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by.

- After ordering online you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via courier within 1-4 working days if you are within Perth's metro area, however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer and will inform you of this within 24 hours of your purchase.

Dynamo Fitness Shipping & Returns Policy
- All products which are in stock will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. Due to Convid 19 please allow for delays. Even though we may get the equipment ready the shipping companies may have delays in picking up.
- Although we have stock on hand, unless the products purchased are on order or pre-ordered, sometimes our stock can run out before we make changes on the site to reflect this. If this is the case we will notify you and allow you the option to request a refund or hold the order until we have restocked.
- All products delivered that are faulty/ damaged upon inspection must be reported within 7 days and will be replaced immediately. Purchaser must have the tax invoice along with the original packaging of the product.
- For boxes heavier than 25Kg we require the recipients be home to help unload the goods with the delivery driver. If this is not possible please contact us.
- The deliveries are on the first floor only and are only to the front door. It is up to the driver if he or she wishes to help the customer bring the goods inside the house.
- If you require a two-man delivery service please contact us and we will be able to provide a quote.
- Deliveries estimates that are shown are only that. These estimates have been provided to us by the delivery companies we use and are subject to delays. Sometimes depending on where the customer resides it can take between 1 to 14 business days, especially if delivering to a remote area. Other factors that can influence the delivery time is a lack of response from the customer when the freight company attempts to get in touch and goods can sit in local depots for an extended period of time.
- Dynamo Fitness provides tracking on all orders dispatched. If your delivery takes longer than anticipated please get in touch with us. With hundreds of orders, there is no way for us to track every single consignments delivery and so it's the responsibility of the customer to inform us of delays or issues.
- No refunds on the basis of change of mind.
- Free delivery is subsidised by Dynamo fitness to cover a set amount which is calculated when you enter your postcode. Depending on the product. this usually covers 95% of all metro areas and sometimes even remote areas.
- The best way to find out whether or not you qualify for free shipping is to enter your postcode into the delivery calculator. Although this is an estimation, it is accurate 98% of the time.
- Finally, Dynamo Fitness reserves the right to cancel/amend any orders that do not fall within our free delivery areas and or for any reason we deem necessary. This is due to a number of factors such as wrong delivery quotations and or products that are no longer available.
- The installation does not include the taking away of boxes and packaging. Depending on the size and scope of the job Extra charges will apply.
- If there was a fault found with the installation dynamo fitness provided. This must be reported to us within 7 days of the installation day.
- Although we do our best to give an accurate quotation, Installation quotes are estimates only. If the project takes 30% more time than anticipated Extra charges will apply.
- Equipment hire is not included in the installation cost and is always billed separately.
- Any changes on the day and or deviation from the planned install is required will be billed.
COVID 19 Special delivery conditions
- To ensure the safety of our clients and staff the following is applicable for all deliveries going forward. By purchasing online or instore from us you agree to the following terms and conditions. There are no exceptions permitted.
- Delivery is to the driveway only. We will not deliver inside the garage or inside any rooms of the property. Please understand we can not make any exceptions. For persons with a disability or for those not able to bring inside their property, the local delivery option is not suitable and you must arrange a different service that is more suitable.
- We don't require a signature on delivery. Instead, a photograph with the equipment in front of the property with or without the customer will be used as confirmation of delivery. Items will only be left on premise if you choose this option.
- We appreciate everyone's co-operation. We ask you do not pressure or ask our drivers to do anything not set out above. We need to ensure when they come back to base they are not risking the safety of the rest of the staff and our families. Thank you for your understanding in these uncertain times.
- The ETA (estimated time of arrival) provided are estimates only, and only refer to the ETAs for stock to arrive to our distribution warehouses. Please allow for dispatch times and the applicable delivery estimates.
- The estimated time of delivery from our distribution centers to the final deliver destinations are only estimates. There maybe delays due to circumstances out of our control. Please allow time for unexpected delays.
- We do not offer refunds on pre-orders on the basis of change of mind.
